Confirmation of Registration

Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations of Conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than August 23, 2012 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of EUR 50. Refunds will be paid after the Congress. Cancellation received after August 23, 2012 will not be refunded.

Conference Identification Badge

 A conference identification badge will be included in the conference materials provided at Registration. There will be no admittance to the Scientific Sessions without the conference badge. Invitations to social events will be collected at the entrance.

 Attendance Certificate

 A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all registered participants.  

 

ABSTRACTS

Authors are invited to submit abstracts for oral, short lecture or poster presentations. Abstracts must be written in English. All contributions will be subject to an independent, anonymous review process. Accepted abstracts will be published in the abstract book given to the all delegates upon registration at the registration desk.

  • Abstracts should contain 400-500 words, including titles, authors and affiliation.

  • We ask the authors to register and submit the abstracts electronically via the congress web site where you will be taken step-by-step through the submission process. An acknowledgement of receipt of your submission will be sent to your electronic address after the submission is successfully completed together with an access key, that will enable you to edit or change your paper, up to the submission deadline.

  • figure, table or other illustrations should not be included in the abstracts.

  • It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract; any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author

  • Abstracts must be submitted by the presenting author who should complete all fields on the online submission form.

  •  If the first author (presenting author) is unable to present, he or she must immediately inform the Congress secretariat in writing form which of the co-authors will be responsible for presentation. Only as a last resort the presenting author should send a written withdrawal to the Congress secretariat. Enter the authors in the order (with the presenting author) that they should appear in the abstract.

 

POSTERS

Poster boards will be 90 cm wide by 105 cm high. Recommended poster size is thus 80 cm by 90 cm.
