How to prepare your contribution

Poster presentations

Poster stands will be available at the site. Posters should not exceed A0 format in any dimension. Posters should be in Slovene or English.

Oral presentations

Presentations should not exceed 10 minutes in duration, which allows for 5 minutes of discussion. Participants may present in Slovene or English, but we encourage the use of English.

Presenters should load  and test their presentations in the break before their section (or sooner). Slides will be projected in 4:3 format and should be saved as .pptx or .pdf files.

The duration of plenary and invited talks should be 40 minutes and 25 minutes, respectively.
